We do not ship to PO boxes. We take great care in packaging but slight imperfections may be expected from the stress of shipping. If you receive your package with notable damage, please photograph (the package and items) for your own record and FILE A CLAIM WITH The United States Postal Service since all orders come insured up to $50 and we are no longer liable once your package is received by USPS. Additional insurance can be purchased for orders valued greater than $50. Just ask me! All orders will receive a tracking number. Upon receiving the plants, immediate care will be very beneficial.

We attempt to embrace beauty in imperfection. The items we select are handmade or they are meant to reflect a handmade aesthetic. Many of our glazed ceramic pots and terra cotta pots, will have slight but noticeable variations in color, texture, size, thickness and finish. Especially terra cotta pots, since they may temporarily change to a darker color with moisture or looked aged as time passes. These variations are normal.
