I bought a beautiful Calathea from Victoria, and let me just say the whole process was wonderful! She was very responsive and kept me updated on when she had shipped along with tracking. I received it in the mail a couple days later and the box was beautifully packaged, the plant was well packaged inside and protected. Very pleased and will most definitely buy from her again! ❤️

As a first time customer my experience was amazing! However, on my second order I was met with disappointment because my order was incomplete. I was missing my precious string of turtles and had no sign or indication that they were either out of stock or that I’d be getting refunded. 10/10 first experience 6/10 second experience
