1. Processing Time:

We take about 1–5 business days to process orders. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): $10.00
  • Expedited Shipping and overnight Shipping: We offer it on demand.

3. Shipping Restrictions:
We currently only ship within continental United States.

4. Packaging & Care:
We pack our plants with love and care, adding protective materials to ensure their safety during transit. Feel free to contact us for any requests before placing your order.

5. Delivery Issues:
If your order is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item and keep all packaging and photographs of any damages to assist with the claim process.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your new plants and decor! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy:

1. Return Eligibility:

  • Plants: Due to the perishable nature of plants, we do not accept returns for plants . Please notify us within 48 hours with photos if your item is damaged.
  • Decor: Non-plant items, can be returned within 30 days of purchase. The item must in resalable condition without damage.

2. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at greenthumbvictoria@gmail.com or on our website with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged items (if applicable)
  • Reason for return

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

3. Refunds:

  • Plants: Refunds for plants are only issued if the plant is damaged upon arrival. Please include photos within 48 hours of receiving your order for us to process a refund.
  • Decor: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be credited to your original payment method.

4. Exchanges:
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
